Delivery of Services

Services are performed in accordance with the defined scope, schedule, and milestones outlined in the Agreement. We apply reasonable professional care in delivering services.

Delivery timing may depend on the client’s timely provision of materials, feedback, and approvals.

Proposals and Scope Validity

Service proposals remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days unless stated otherwise. After this period, pricing or scope may be adjusted.

Any services outside the agreed scope require written confirmation before work begins.

Fees and Financial Responsibilities

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Third-party costs are billed separately
  • Approved expenses may be invoiced at actual cost
  • Clients are responsible for applicable taxes associated with services

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within five (5) calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Billing may be based on project phases or milestones.

Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery.

Scope Modifications

All requests for changes must be submitted in written form.

Minor adjustments that do not significantly affect schedule or pricing may be implemented without a contract amendment. Larger changes affecting cost, timing, or deliverables require a revised agreement.

Updated proposals should be confirmed within fourteen (14) working days.

Delays and Uncontrollable Events

If delays result from missing client input, approvals, or materials, timelines will be extended accordingly.

Events beyond reasonable operational control, including technical failures or external disruptions, may also affect timelines without constituting breach.

Review and Approval

Completed deliverables undergo internal review before submission.

Clients have seven (7) working days to review and request revisions within the agreed scope. If no response is received, deliverables may be considered accepted.

Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Ensure submitted materials do not violate third-party rights
  • Provide timely responses and approvals
  • Review completed work for accuracy

Unless otherwise agreed, final verification remains the client’s responsibility.

Attribution and Work References

automotiveannotation.com may reference completed work in its portfolio or internal materials unless otherwise agreed. Any reference will remain factual.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the engagement.

This obligation does not apply to publicly available information or information obtained lawfully from other sources.

Independent Contractor Status

automotiveannotation.com operates as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, partnership, or joint ownership.

Subcontractors may be engaged where appropriate while maintaining responsibility for service delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed. Financial liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Ownership and Usage Rights

After full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the deliverables as agreed.

All internal tools, workflows, and proprietary methods remain the property of automotiveannotation.com unless explicitly transferred.

Support Services

Ongoing support is provided only if separately agreed. Additional services may be billed independently. Any warranty may not apply if deliverables are modified by unauthorized parties.
